The role
We're hiring an Embroidery Leader: someone who knows the machines, keeps the quality high, and helps keep the department running smoothly. You'll start by working directly with the machines, but you'll also be the go-to person to coordinate workflow and the team.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain embroidery machines on a daily basis
- Produce samples, check quality, and ensure orders meet standards
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
- Guide the workflow and set the pace for the embroidery team
- Move and lift materials (up to 50 lbs / 23 kg)
Desired Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of embroidery experience
- Ability to communicate in Spanish and English (fluency preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Reliable, responsible and punctual person
- Basic mechanical skills for embroidery machine maintenance
