The Role
We’re hiring an Embroidery Lead, someone who knows the machines, keeps quality sharp, and helps keep the department running smoothly. You’ll start hands-on with machines, but you’ll also be the go-to person for workflow and team coordination.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain embroidery machines daily
- Make samples, review quality, and ensure orders meet standards
- Handle routine maintenance and small repairs
- Help guide workflow and set the pace in the embroidery team
- Move and lift materials (up to 50 lbs)
Desired Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of embroidery experience
- Comfortable communicating in both Spanish and English (fluency preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual
- Basic mechanical skills for embroidery machine up keep
