About The Role
About The Role
This is a full-time, on-site position for someone with embroidery experience who’s ready to take ownership of machine operations and production. The role is hybrid: technical to start, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership position over time.
Responsibilities
- Operate embroidery machines
- Maintain machines and handle minor repairs
- Follow a set maintenance schedule
- Make samples and produce embroidery orders
- Lift materials up to 50 lbs
Must-Have Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of embroidery experience
- Comfortable communicating in both Spanish and English (fluency preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual
- Basic mechanical skills for embroidery machine upkeep
