Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will work with the Design team/ clients to create and support graphic artwork from concept to production. Your responsibilities will include determining project requirements, presenting rough drafts to the client, and working in collaboration with them to create the finished product. The ideal candidate is highly creative with a strong portfolio and a passion for the work.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the design team to execute final artwork placement and adhere to the client's specifications.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color usage.
- Strong organization, professional manner, proven ability to meet deadlines, and attention to detail required.
- Refine design using computer software
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Understanding of the screen printing process. (preferred)
- Possess a strong understanding of layouts, fonts, and color.
- Team player with the ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to work independently under general direction.
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and multi-task.
- Proficient with the following programs: Adobe Creative Suite: Advanced skills in Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Proficiency in the use of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications including MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must be willing to work on location.
- Previous experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role is preferred
- A strong portfolio of published works
- Highly creative with an eye for detail
- Knowledge and understanding of all graphics terminology and production procedures, as well as proven experience working with related desktop programs required.
Compensation: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
